1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Catalytic Connect.

2. About the App
Catalytic Connect is a mobile app that allows users to search catalytic converter information using codes and access related pricing information.
The app is free to download and search. However, pricing information is only available to users who:
• have an active subscription; or
• purchase coins through the app.
Users may also save items to a cart for later reference.
We may update, modify, suspend, or remove parts of the app at any time.

3. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
You may also sign in using Google or Apple. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Coins
4.1 Subscriptions and Coins
Catalytic Connect offers paid access to certain features through subscriptions and coin purchases.

4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

4.3 Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

4.4 Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

4.5 Coins
Coins purchased in the app:
• do not expire;
• are non-refundable;
• remain linked to your account if you return later; and
• have no cash value.
Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or resold unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes;
• interfere with or disrupt the app or its systems;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially use app content or pricing data without permission;
• reverse engineer or decompile the app except where allowed by law; or
• use bots, scripts, or automated tools in a way that harms the app.

6. Pricing Disclaimer
The pricing and related information provided in the app is for general informational purposes only.
While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that:
• pricing information is complete, current, or error-free;
• search results will always be accurate;
• information reflects actual resale, scrap, trade, or market value; or
• the app will always identify catalytic converters correctly.
You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for business or purchasing decisions.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, design, text, graphics, and functionality in Catalytic Connect are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content or data without written permission.

8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Location Data
With your permission, the app may collect and use your location while you are actively using it. This helps support app functionality and improve the service.
You can manage location permissions in your device settings.

10. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services including:
• Stripe for payment processing
• Google for login or authentication
• Apple for login or authentication
These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if:
• you breach these Terms;
• we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity; or
• we are required to do so for legal, security, or operational reasons.
You may stop using the app at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalytic Connect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data arising from your use of the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, or by email.
Your continued use of the app after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
